Accommodations

With 31 charming guestrooms and 26 two-bedroom cottages, you can escape for a romantic weekend, nestled in the woods of Punderson Lake, or reserve the entire resort for a family reunion, business retreat or conference.

The Manor House Estate rooms are located in the original part of the Manor House. Each room is decorated and furnished with antique reproductions that complement the unique architecture of the English Style Tudor Manor. All rooms are non-smoking.

Estate Singles: The Sherwood and Churchill rooms. These small but charming rooms offer a double size bed, cable television, telephone, coffee maker, and bathing area with shower.

Estate Queens: The Chaucer and Georgian rooms. These spacious rooms offer a queen size bed, cable television, telephone, coffee maker, small refrigerator and bathing area with shower.

Estate Kings: The Saxon and Victorian rooms. These spacious rooms offer a king size bed, cable television, telephone, small refrigerator, coffee maker, and large bathing area with shower.

Windsor Suite/Suite 231: The infamous "Blue Room." This gorgeous suite features a king size bed with a walk-in closet and a large bathing area in the master bedroom. The living room, separated by a narrow hallway, has a small refrigerator, several couches and chairs for relaxing. Off the living area is the Jacuzzi room adorned with high vaulted ceilings and a large gas fireplace. This room includes telephones, a coffee maker, an iron and board for your convenience, and a television and a VCR in both the living room and bedroom.

The New Addition

Our new addition features modern style accommodations. Recently renovated, some with adjoining rooms, these accommodations are comfortable for both families and couples. The indoor pool is located in the same wing, allowing easy access.

Double Rooms. These spacious rooms have two double beds. Amenities include cable television, telephone, coffee maker, and a moderate sized bathing area with shower.

Hospitality Room. This room features two queen beds and a large living area with several couches and chairs, a small refrigerator, and a dining table for four guests. Also included are cable television, telephone, coffee maker, and a large bathing area with shower.

Cottages

Cottages are fully furnished with gas heating and central air conditioning. They feature a furnished living room with television, VCR, gas fireplace and equipped kitchens. All cottages have two bedrooms. Linens are included and additional rollaway are available for a charge in the hillside cottages only. Cottages do not have telephones or receive daily housekeeping services. Linen exchange is available for extended stays.

Hillside Cottages: These cottages, are numbered 1 to 12. They have a double bed in one bedroom and two twin beds and a single rollaway in the second bedroom. They all feature screened porches with picnic tables and lawn chairs.

Parkside Cottages: These cottages have screened porches with picnic tables and lawn chairs, many have private parking and driveways. They are numbered 13 to 26. They have a queen or double bed in one bedroom and two sets of twin bunk beds in the second bedroom. Rollaway beds can not be accommodated for these cottages.

Cottages also include:

• Nightstands, dressers, closets and carpeting in the bedrooms.
• Chairs, couch, coffee table, and carpeting in the living room.
• An alarm clock in one bedroom.
• Linens, towels and some toiletries.
• Bathrooms with a shower stall, and, yes, indoor plumbing!
• Housekeeping closet with a broom and dustpan, mop and bucket, and a vacuum cleaner.
• Kitchens with everything needed to prepare a home-style meal: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, plates, silverware, and cups. Kitchens have linoleum floors.

Not included: Telephones. Guests are welcome to bring a cell phone and there are pay phones located in the lodge and near the cottages.

Housekeeping services. Guests staying a sustained amount of time may exchange bed and bath linens on Wednesday's or Thursday's.

Check-in time is 4:30 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m.

Please note that our lodge, in accordance with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, provides a smoke-free environment to park guests. We ask that this non-smoking policy be observed in all public areas, including the Dining room. Smoking is permitted outside the public buildings, in specified cottages and in the lounge.

The Resort is a liquor permit holder, and in accordance with the Ohio Liquor Laws, alcoholic beverages purchased off premises are not permitted. We thank you for your cooperation.
